The B Happy B Healthy programs are based on research-backed positive psychology and mindfulness, to assist children to build a social-emotional learning toolkit.
Our programs assist parents,
teachers, and other educational professionals to guide children (6-14yrs) in building resilience through fun and engaging activities. Children will develop key strategies they can use now, and well into their future.
Become a facilitator
You can become a facilitator and run our programs in your own school or at
home. Simply complete the facilitator training workshop in-person or online,
and you will receive everything you need to get started!

What will the students learn during the group sessions?
Children will learn:
